I saw this movie recently. It's like if Charlie Kaufman wrote a family film. I like how Fantasia is never actually an established, real place. It's entirely a metaphor. Fucking heavy film.

You might want to read the novel, it makes a bit more sense. And only a part of it is adapted in the (first) movie.
